#weRUnited
One year after New Jersey’s first COVID-19 case, we continue to find the best in ourselves and in Rutgers.
A Community Moving Forward
Over these past 12 months, a new reality has demanded ideas and solutions that no one thought possible, but together we found a path forward: from the rapid transition to online learning and a virtual community to discovering ways to detect an unknown virus and distributing life-saving vaccines. There’s still more work to do, but—united—we’ve already come so far.
Highlights
Whether testing new and effective vaccines, putting graduates to work when we need them most, or teaching a new generation of detectives to isolate the disease, Rutgers is helping us all today, and tomorrow.
