Background: | Students in Professor Frank Askin’s Constitutional Litigation Clinic at Rutgers School of Law–Newark have spent the past six weeks helping to register eligible voters temporarily detained in the Essex County Jail, Delaney Hall, and Logan Hall; secure absentee ballot applications for them; and navigate a detailed process for delivering the completed ballots to the County Clerk. |
