President Jonathan Holloway talked to PIX 11 about the challenges of taking over leadership of the university during a pivotal moment in history.
The new home for the Department of Chemistry and ChemicalBiology at Rutgers-New Brunswick provides expanded teaching, laboratory and support space. The four-story, 144,000-square-foot facility will help accelerate innovative work in biophysical chemistry related to human health, drug design and synthesis, alternative energy, biomaterials, nanotechnology and other fields.

Rutgers Board of Governors approved Jonathan Holloway to be the University's 21st president. Holloway will take over for current Rutgers President Robert Barchi on July 1st, 2020.
