NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. – Daniel C. Kurtzer, former United States ambassador to Israel and Egypt, will deliver a public lecture, “Terrorists, Tyrants, Tycoons and Theocrats: American Challenges in the Middle East,” at the Rutgers Student Center, 126 College Avenue, at 8 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 9.
His talk will be the first in a series of public lectures and films focusing on the Jewish experience presented by the Allen and Joan Bildner Center for the Study of Jewish Life at Rutgers. The lecture is supported by the Blanche and Irving Laurie Foundation and is free and open to the public. Advance registration is requested.
Kurtzer also holds the S. Daniel Abraham Chair in Middle East Policy Studies at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
