CAMDEN – As poetry is celebrated across the nation this month, students in the Rutgers–Camden MFA in creative writing program will be celebrating their own written words with a reading and a release of a student anthology.

At 7 p.m. Friday, April 16, select students will read their works, including fiction, nonfiction, and of course, poetry. Copies of the first-ever Rutgers–Camden student anthology, a 150-page book featuring work from 17 up-and-coming writers in the program, will also be available.

Works will be read by Leslie Rapparlie, Zac Roesch, Chris Vogt-Hennessey, and Daniel Wallace.

The event will take place in the Victor Loft’s Media Room, located at One Market Street in Camden. A reception will follow the reading at the Victor’s Pub.
