1. Alumnus Chronicles Racial Integration in Pro Football
Rutgers–Camden graduate Brian Scott sheds light on this critical period in pro football history in his new documentary, Tackling Jim Crow. The film features the firsthand accounts of several pioneering, African American players, as well as the perspectives of noted football historians.

2. Faculty Research Day
Rutgers–Camden is home to some of the most productive emerging and established scholars in the world. Learn more about current research underway at Rutgers–Camden during the 2014 Chancellor’s Faculty Research Day, when eight junior faculty members will offer brief overviews of their work.

3. Stedman Gallery Exhibition Features Graphic Novel
The gallery show, “Compulsive Narratives: Stories that MUST be Told, the Graphic Novel as Confession and Inspiration.” features artists with sensibilities kindred to the graphic novelists, but working in other mediums, including sculpture, painting, mixed media, and video. Guest curator Cheryl Harper selected original drawings from graphic novels and complementary works in other media by artists who reveal their innermost demons.
