Legal Guardianship Issues Affecting Seniors and Disabled Young Adults Focus of Nov. 12 Program at Rutgers Law School–Newark

NEWARK, NJ – Guardianship issues affecting the elderly and young adults who are covered by the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) or are under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) will be explored at the November 12, 2010 symposium “Guardianships: Protecting Disabled Young Adults and Seniors.” The program is sponsored by the Community Law Clinic, Special Education Clinic, and Institute for Professional Education at Rutgers School of Law–Newark.
