Open Hearing on the University’s Tuition, Fees, and Housing and Dining Charges for 2024–2025

All students and members of the university community are invited to attend the April 24, 2024, Open Hearing hosted by the Rutgers University Board of Governors’ Committee on Academic and Student Affairs and Committee on Finance and Facilities.

The university community at all locations, including Rutgers University–Newark, Rutgers University–Camden, Rutgers University–New Brunswick, and Rutgers Health, may participate in the Open Hearing via Zoom by using the following link:

Comments made at the Open Hearing will help inform the administration and Board members during the development of the University’s 2024–2025 Tuition, Fees, and Housing and Dining Charges, leading to final action on these items by the Board of Governors. Please take advantage of this opportunity to provide your input for consideration.

These comments will be compiled and shared with the university administration and members of the Board of Governors prior to the Open Hearing. Your participation in this important discussion is encouraged, and online comments will be accepted until Friday, April 19, 2024.

Register to Speak

All prospective speakers must sign up individually with the Office of the Secretary of the University. To make a request to speak at the Hearing, please send an email to or use our online speaker registration form before noon on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, to secure a position to address the Board. In order to permit the maximum number of speakers to be heard, each speaker will be allotted approximately two minutes.
