Winter Career & Internship Mega Fair
The 2026 Winter Career & Internship Mega Fair will host over 300 employers which will be available to network with 5,000+ candidates to discuss full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities in various fields.
This event is only open to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and Rutgers Health) students and alumni from all academic disciplines.
Position-Specific Days
- Day 1 (Feb. 4): Business, HR, Education, Law, Government, Social Impact, Communications, & Creative-related roles
- Day 2 (Feb. 5): Tech, Engineering, Medical, & Sciences, Environment, Food, & Agriculture-related roles
