The Rutgers Community Farmers Market supports the development of a sustainable community by bringing healthy food from local farms to families and households across the city.

Fresh farm vegetables for sale at Rutgers Gardens market

Rutgers Community Farmers Market (RCFM) offer a variety of local products, including fresh produce, baked goods, ready-to-eat prepared foods, gifts, and much more.

Each market partners with local vendors to offer fresh, nutritious, and affordable food. All locations accept SNAP, WIC, FMNP, and other nutrition assistance benefits, with 50% off fruits and vegetables when using benefits and doubled SNAP through Good Food Bucks. Our locations feature locally grown produce, baked goods, drinks, pickles, desserts, and other handmade products from New Jersey vendors.

◈ RCFM Market Pavilion

  • Address: 178 Jones Avenue, New Brunswick (Directions)
  • Hours: Tuesdays 9am–1pm, Saturdays 9am–1pm (June 3 – November 22) 

◈ Rutgers Gardens Pavilion

  • Address: 112 Log Cabin Road, North Brunswick (Directions)
  • Hours: Fridays 11am–3pm, Saturdays 9am–1pm (May 22 – November 20)

◈ College Avenue Student Center

  • Address: 126 College Ave, New Brunswick (Directions)
  • Hours: Thursdays 11am–4pm (August 27 – November 19)
