Once again Rutgers University-Newark is offering a series of provocative public programs on topics ranging from the horrors lived by child soldiers to the horrors of genocides occurring around the world and possible ways to prevent them.  The programs, co-sponsored by the Rutgers-Newark Center for the Study of Genocide, Conflict Resolution and Human Rights, and the Rutgers-Newark Division of Global Affairs, feature speakers from the United Nations, New York University,
