Rutgers School of Public Health welcomes Thomas LaVeist, dean and Weatherhead presidential chair in health equity at the Tulane School of Public Health, for “From Exposure to Vaccination: The Role of Structural Racism in COVID-19 Inequities.”

Part of the 21PHirst Signature Series, the webinar will explore the social and structural factors driving racial inequities in COVID-19 exposure, outcomes, and vaccine uptake over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The 21PHirst Signature Webinar Series supports the School of Public Health's core foundational areas of education, research, and community engagement and is guided by the principles of social justice and health equity.
