Visitor Center

The Visitor Center is a 12,000-square-foot facility located on Sutphen Road, near High Point Solutions Stadium on the Busch Campus in Piscataway. Here, Rutgers’ history is etched in the walls: exhibits by design firm Ralph Appelbaum Associates include a timeline of events from the founding of Queen’s College in 1766 through the birth of intercollegiate American football to the present day. Pick up brochures, view video presentations and ask our friendly staff about:

  • Rutgers academic programs;
  • Rutgers campus life;
  • Bus and walking tours;
  • Applying to Rutgers;
  • Directions to campus locations;
  • Things to do and see in New Jersey.

The campus tour was just what a parent needed to feel okay about sending an only child off to college. The tour guide was excellent. I would feel great sending my daughter here.
