Graduate Admissions

Graduate Admissions

At Rutgers, graduate and professional students embark on their new journey in an environment of inquiry and innovation, of discovery and exploration.

From accounting to women’s and gender studies, Rutgers scholars challenge long-held ideas, tackle complex problems, and create the knowledge and solutions likely to shape the coming century. They engage in these pursuits with guidance from a faculty known for its devotion to mentoring the next generation’s scholars from the moment they enter graduate school to the time they launch their careers—and beyond.

Choosing to Make a Difference

David Solomon“One of the reasons I chose this law school was the wealth of pro bono opportunities,” says David Solomon, a student at the School of Law–Camden.

As one example, the school’s Domestic Violence Clinic handles hundreds of cases, and student attorneys provide more than 30,000 hours of free legal services to the community each year.

Solomon, who completed undergraduate and master’s degrees in English at Rutgers–Camden, plans to continue his commitment to community service with a career in public interest or civil rights law.
